With the results in from the survey I sent out to the 9:30 & 12n
“Boot Camp” people, I have decided to change those classes back to CrossFit. If you’ve enjoyed the classes over the last couple of months then nothing will be different except for the name of the class. Any questions, please contact me.

For those of you wanting a classic“Boot Camp”class to add more cardio to your regimen we will be introducing a
2 week trial with Etta.

Celebration of Memorial Day! We will celebrate our fallen Hero’s with this classic Hero WOD, MURPH. This is a workout that can be modified for any willing participant, so please bring your friends and family. Everyone is WELCOMED!!  We will have a babysitter.
May 28:
I will run one WOD today from 8-9:30am. If you didn’t make it to the gym on Saturday for MURPH you are welcomed to do it today. Everyone is welcomed!
