Benchmark 1x per week
Starting February 1st, I will program a Benchmark WOD on Wednesday of each week. If you miss a Wednesday class, you can make up the Benchmark during another class that week (just inform the coach that day). I will send the week’s Benchmark WOD along with the programming each Monday.
CrossFit Total
We are currently in the 1st week of the 4th cycle of Wendler. Starting Monday February 22nd, we will begin retesting our 1RM’s for Back Squat (Monday), Strict Press (Wednesday) and Deadlift (Friday). I will not program a full WOD for those days, so you can spend the available time on the lift — but may post a shorter WOD to run through if you finish early.
If you have added Bench Press to your Wendler programming please try to fit it in on Thursday’s or talk with me about Saturday’s.
