It is not necessary to schedule an intro before you sign up for one of our programs. However, you are encouraged to do so if you’d like to meet the coach, learn more about our progams and be evaluated to help determine which program is the best fit. (For example, we can help you decide if perhaps personal training might be a more appropriate entry point for you than group Fundamentals.)
