2012 Paleo Challenge
Our next Paleo Challenge will begin on January 14th and end on March 10th.
We are going to use photographs to determine the winners this time. The rules are as follows;
- There will be 2 winners; male and female.
- You have to put $30.00, cash only, into the kitty to participate on January 14th.
- You must show up at the gym on January 14th at 10:15am to have your photographs taken (front, side & back). Women wear sports bras, men shorts.
- You must keep a daily food log. It can be on paper or you can post it to the Paleo discussion page on our Facebook page. If you keep a paper food log, you have to show it to Kathy or Nick once a week. Another alternative is a web based journal like Fitday (they have an app for your smart phone too). Kathy or Nick will have to review that as well. Fitday has a feature that allows you to share your journal with selected individuals.
- On March 10th you have to show up at the gym to have your photographs taken again. Time TBD.
- We will print out the before and after photos for each participant. Only those people who participated in the Paleo Challenge will be allowed to review the photos and vote for the person they think improved the most.
- The 2 winners will split the kitty. Also, the next scheduled payment on the winner’s membership will be free and unlimited.
