Rowing at Pocock Center

Lianne Nelson, Silver Olympic Medalist, spent 2 hours with us on Sunday breaking down the stroke.  She used video feedback training as every person worked their way through the different levels of the stroke plus the partners WOD at the end of our session.  We not only left armed with plenty of rowing exercises to continue building a stronger, more efficient stroke, but with a better stroke than when we walked through the door.  Thanks Lianne!!  It was a fun 2hrs. as well.
