I was climbing the Howe Sreet stairs just before you guys got there. My wife Heidi works out at Agoge with Nick Nibler, who also happened to be one of my instructors at the Police Academy way back when (now a FF). I saw you guys climbing, and noticed Crossfit shirts, but had no idea you had come all the way from the Woodinville area. Good for you! These are the best stairs to climb in all of Seattle (IMHO). You guys saw me as well. I was the guy under the bridge swinging Indian Clubs and doing Turkish Get-ups with a KB. This was the first year of the last 6 that I missed the FF Stairclimb, but I volunteered on the 73rd floor. What a great cause. Good luck on your climb and good luck in raising money for Leukemia! First person in this picture to send me their LLS website gets $20 towards their cause: alan.heddings@seattle.gov .
Hey Alan, I did see you with kettlebells and sorry I didn’t recognize you at the time. I’m Nick’s business partner, Kathy. I met you at the rowing clinic that we did in Seattle. Love those stairs, Howe & Blaine. We decided we were going to climb the rest of the 65 staircases in Seattle. FUN!!

3 Ways to Eliminate Credit card bills
Are you looking for three simple ways to eliminate your consumer debt? The first one is usually obvious, stop using your charge cards. This may seem just like a silly thing to suggest, but the best way to get a handle on your spending is to only spend the amount you have – after you’ve paid your bills. Minute, consider consolidating your personal debt onto one card — or moving a balance from card, to one which includes a lower interest rate. Some people are inside of a constant cycle of moving to another 0% interest rate business card. This can be some sort of pain, but you’ll save a lot of money and buy yourself more time to settle the debt. Third, start out making double payments. In case the calculated minimum payment should be on the accrued interest, then you need to make a double payment to hit the principle for the debt. By finally hitting that principle and discontinuing use of the card for brings home, you’ll see that balance continue to drop.
