Tuesday’s 6am WOD

Run 800M
THEN:
Squat Ladder using 45# BB
1-10 OHS
11-20 Front Squat
21+ Back Squat
THEN:
Run 400m

Everyone made it through 21 Back Squats.  Allison & Brianne completed 23.  Allan calculated a total of 231 squats through 21.  Whew!  Good job you guys.
